Kieran Grant smashed PBs across the board in British Medal Haul
Kieran had a very successful week at the latest 2023 British Championships. Starting with a 4th place in 50 Back and then Gold in the 100 back both with big PBs. He followed it up with a closely fought 3rd place in the 100 Fly and then on the last day and the last event 50 Fly smashed his PB twice in heat and then final to win by a body length in 23.97. This puts him 7th in the open British rankings ahead of the likes of James Guy!!!!.
