A big, warm welcome to our fellow clubs in the Humber League this weekend, as five teams compete in the second fixture of the year.
Scunthorpe Anchor, Louth Dolphins, Cleethorpes and District, and Pocklington Dolphins will travel to Beverley Leisure Centre, home of Beverley Barracudas Swimming Club, on Saturday 10th September.
While the leisure centre has two car parks, we can also recommend the multi-storey car park at Flemingate, which is opposite the leisure centre.
Spectators’ wristbands cost £2 each and are available on the door. Cash only, please – cashpoints are available at the Flemingate shopping centre across the road from Beverley Leisure Centre.
Timings for the event are as follows, and are approximate:
5.45pm: Warm-up
6.15pm: Teams parade
6.30pm: Racing begins
8.00pm: Gala finishes
