In 2023, our swimmers enjoyed a club swimming camp at the Crol Centre near Barcelona, Spain. The sun shone on the swimmers in the 50m outdoor pool for the whole week.
It was a very successful trip, with the swimmers training in a long-course pool for two lots of 2-hour sessions each day – they certainly built up their strength, stamina and resilience!. Of course, it wasn’t all hard work – they did take some time out from the pool for a daily land training session before browsing in the shops and relaxing on the beach.
